hire a firm in the country of their origin to check them out.

Start locally, then expand to areas across the country. 

If you live in an area of the country where it freezes - do not, repeat, do not store a usedwasher in your garage.  

In my area, a lot of out of country or out of state buyers buy in Downtown Chicago.

Bad weather isn't limited to one area of the country.

I believe it's easier to finance investment and to get better cash flow in Canada or USA, but when you start in your country, you have no choice.
