I recommend that you include them but DO NOT rely on them in order to pass the 750 hrs threshold.I would not recommend navigating it without guidance of an accountant specializing in real estate.

It's also a good idea to work with an experienced real estate attorney or advisor who can help you navigate the auction process and ensure that the terms of the loan are fair and reasonable.
