It's really just for the agency/management company to try to retain any fees that they won't receive later because they may feel that bringing you that tenant entitles them to their management fee until the lease is terminated or not renewed.

the only way I see tenant doing anything is if your really in the wrong they call a state agency and those folks come after you.. like the famous lead based paint one were the kid died from eating paint chips..  

When I click the "calculators" link provided it just takes me to the various BP calculators offered (at least on my mobile device).

I think there's only one thing that would make it better: Add the functionality of the calculators to the BP mobile application!!

In my day job I own a marketing agency and by nature I am SUPER creative.

In NJ, you can only require 1.5 months rent for a security deposit, and S8/rental assistance tenants often get it from a social service agency or church.

As an aside, I always thought MFH was ManuFactured Housing (mobile's).
