This fractional situation you describe would not be desirable to me at all.

Yup.. had to figure out a lot on my own which was the best thing that could've happened to me at my first brokerage.

I suggested putting it toward the Hawaii home (since that’s the goal) or lending it to me at a low interest rate for my own real estate investing!

While not as high as others still good for me at 750. 

What worked really well for me was to attend 1 -2  real estate events as a lot of investors, buyers, brokers, etc. frequent these events and can intro you to the right person to offload your deal (if there's enough meat on the bones for them!)

However I would still need to put about $400 towards this place in budgeting (putting me at around $1300-1400/mo which is a little better than the $1760 I'm currently doing a month).

@Ibrahim Hughes My title company does lien searches for me at no cost and the document shows a reverse mortgage of $258,948.00, that’s accruing ongoing interest charges since 2005.

My husband died in 2009 crash leaving me at 52 with a key employee insurance policy. 

And the line was small, so it didn't matter to me at the time.Everybody is probably spot on here... it's quite a lot of effort for a potentially losing battle.

There was a lot of meat on the bone but we knew it was going to require some very hard work to get this portfolio where it needs to be.
