Don't assume the person talking to you at the door or on the phone from a mail campaign has the authority to do business with you.

Hi there guys...hi everyone,Does anybody knows an experience Attorney/Lawyer who doing Lease Options, Wholesaling Lease Options Assigning Lease Options aka Rent to Own in Western NY counties /area.I have done a lot of direct mail marketing in this area and talk to a lot of sellers but I am rely not so confident to forward my assignment contracts /agreements kind of scared.I am in need for an experience Lawyer, pay them money to check and look at my contracts so i can close the deals with this sellers.Also I have done a lot of research and studies on Lease Options or Rent To Own and I would be happy to share the deals to someone who I can help me out and walk me through to get my first deal.Highly appreciate your help guys...thanking you much.Dennis

I was able to attend 4 or five meetings of the REI Club and everyone I talked to suggested to start off wholesaling, which sounded impossible, so I gave it a try.For the next two years I bought a roll of stamps every month and mailed 100 letters at a time.  

Mail to 100 tax delinquents for 3 months.

Yes, in our state it is the owner's responsibility to notify the taxing authority of their proper mailing address, in addition the responsibility to actually pay the taxes of course, as that is the only official address they have.  

I just wonder if there is really enough inventory that can be bought to make this all worth the time and effort.. when you know there are 100 others just like you in the same market sending the same direct mail...

This process reminds me of shopping for a used car!!
