I just began my search and looking into the price range of 130-170k.My credit score is good, and I qualify for both USDA and FHA.

Good Morning All,I am now in the position to begin fixing my credit score, but have a series of accounts in collections.

We've been using Niagara Conservation EcoLogix (1.28usg / 4.3l) flapperless toilets for 5+ years now and very happy with them - great performance (1000+ MAP score) and only one faulty unit out of more than 30 installed. 

reality dictates that you must raise your credit score and increase your income. 

I signed up over a month ago and I am still trying  to get a handle on working the high end 'pretty house'leads in my Chicago metro markets,  so that I can score a deal under the REACT system. 

I shopped around a few traditional banks and they were all high so I just settled on the lesser of all the crappy options.

Lots of people can meet the income/credit score stuff, but are entitled A-holes.... 

My credit score is a 750 and I have 0 debt.

Watch out for the sites that try to boil down a neighborhood into a 'score'.
