I do not know about cheaper, but i believe it may run the same or a little less, depends on how much wall / ceiling needs to be opened and patched to block off the ducts. the 1st floor should be easy to re route to the new unit, so essentially you would be blocking the feed and return to the 3rd floor. the only " new" duct work ( if you can not tap into the old ducts on the 3rd floor) is the new ducts for the 3rd floor. so you would have 2 new units( or 3 if you want to replace the old one) re routing 1st floor feed and return, blocking 3rd floor feed and return and new unit and possibly duct work in the attic. you will get a better system then using multiple mini splits per unit.

I love the US market, particularly Detroit, have been involved there for a few years now. 

In any case a better deal I’m not sure it will mean That Dallas will see any rates in the 7 to 8 range in the next 2 to 3 years.I can still potentially hold the property for 7 to 8 years, I have planned multiple exit strategies.

If you dig around in the Carbondale area you might be able to find a mortgage broker who will have multiple options for you.

We have been burned a couple of times now, I used checkthem.com to screen before and it didn't show multiple evicitions on either party, after the aforementioned tenant's recent eviction, I am screening once again. 

Homes still can get sold in one weekend with multiple offers but any rental property that has a flaw or pricing will be skipped as there appears to be enough floating on the market.

We use them for leads which are sent to multiple people at once if you submit your info you will be contacted my mostly brokers and very few actual lenders with their own money.
