Naturally, humans experience more pain losing something than the pleasure they gain by gaining it - this applies to real estate because I'll often see investors seeking out more and more complex ways to avoid taxes than they do in finding deals with better upside, which would net them more in the long run. 

At the time, it was so systemized that it was useless to speak to a human.

No human being can smell like that.

I have seen a man pick up a police dog and throw it a dozen feet away and that trained attack dog wanted nothing to do with that human anymore.

If you are looking to save money, find a local granite dealer (i.e. flooring-tile-kitchen companies) and visit their store.

But guess what a monkey can pick better stocks than majority of human stock pickers.  

Bottom line is us humans can have a very selfish & Territorial nature.

And once you both signed it you are good - it's called "cancellation and mutual release" for a reason.On a human note: It is painful for a seller if a deal falls apart so late in the game.
