Each deal you do builds your influence… right up until you buy way too many at the wrong time, using other people’s money, and then lose huge chunks of money one after another.Real estate is such a good investment because it’s “semi-passive”.

But the agent included 2 MLS listings in the contract. it’s for 2 huge markets in NC - I didn’t win the property I signed with the agent for.

If so, what is the process.

We like parks with lot rent that is on the lower side of average.4)  Most parks have a process for approving your tenants.Further, we own a Park and do allow investors to rent out their homes (we have 2 currently).  

Or do you value the lowest possible price and you exert time and energy managing the entire process?

I am in the process of evicting someone, but I am unsure how to report the eviction on the credit report along with money owed.

One downfall is 203K is not a super easy program when it comes to processing and time frame.
