Make your property hard to rob and the tenants feel safe by adding in physical security deterrence, lights, fence, ADT sign, a caution sign for a dog, cameras, etc.Hope that helps, good luck!

Hey @Deepak Kumar, A general guideline to a “good” location Is below Grant and above Broadway, and east of Euclid and somewhere around Country club.

The part I like is the security of having 30 year fixed rate loans at ~5%. 

If this works for Grant Cardone and every other wealthy entrepreneur then It will work for you.

The loan is secured by the main home.

Very few exceptions around that EVER granted.
