If I were a LLC, how would my Joint Ventures/ Partnerships be managed within the grand scheme of things in my business set-up?

We're having a grand time at our firm crafting creative strategies.

For people who enjoy the year-round outdoor life, Michigan is THE state.As for the real estate side, Grand Rapids has done very well over the last several years, as have the suburbs of Detroit and Lansing. 

Hope to get in contract soon. 3) Putting a duplex up for sale next week. 4) Grand open a new franchise biz in Dec.5) Currently in contract to purchase a franchise.

It's easy to feel righteous and superior to people who burn all their cash on cars and lattes, but those people keep the economy humming right along, as all kinds of niches exist to service those people - including mine, which is SFRs.

We are now looking to buy a rental property in Grand Junction, CO.

But, if you are going to 'invest' $20-50k/year into an education, please stop and think about the 'return' on that investment - unless you or your parents just have a couple hundred grand to toss at it, think about why you are studying and what it will gain you.

I have a friend with $30 million in the bank that is a lonely middle aged divorcee with screwed up kids (in and out of trouble) and grand kids that will never be normal. 

This all adds up to a few grand.
