Real asset prices (real estate, gold, oil, baseball cards) took off, while financial asset prices (stocks, bonds) collapsed.

They basically hold the building liable rather than the owner and that liability transfers from owner to owner until someone deleads it and breaks the chain.

You could have a tenant with a 700 score and their parents with 700 scores but they are all a pain to deal with and manage while have another family with slightly lower than 700 maybe 650 but they are chilled and never give you a problem (this is gold, IMO).
