Those who are suffer from the same problem as the first bullet-Any sort of residual effort invested in "old" clients offers little value to the person who is the guru unless you can deliver ongoing value. 

Last year I decided to finally make the plunge after being paralyzed by analysis for far too long...BUT those efforts were sidelined when I decided to sign a contract to open 12 units of a restaurant franchise concept in NC and SC (and yes I still have my corporate job...for now)!

Moving to another maybe larger company will require more time and effort.
