Normally, anything at a bar and for real estate investors is a good networking venue (also drinks can be tax write-offs).

It would be beneficial for your future bookkeeper to have these expectations in mind where they reconcile the monthly statements and then just immediately send you a trial balance for approval. 

When deciding whether to sell the rental property or buy out your partners, consider factors such as the current market value of the property, any outstanding mortgage or debts on the property, the potential for appreciation in the future, and the rental income generated by the property.Calculate the amount you would need to buy out your partners and compare it to the potential profit you could make by selling the property.

I have done some brief outlooks with my investor identity, but I should 100% write it down and make small and large goals for myself.

It is my understanding there has been some case law stating that emails suffice, however I wouldn't bank on it and whatever you put in writing, make sure it is crystal clear.3.

Is there someone (possibly a more real estate minded CPA) who we can tell our future plans to and they can educate us on all of our options?
