I know I have another post with a similar question but I have 3 painters coming for estimates tomorrow and new posts get more action.I was going to get the walls painted softer tan (Sherwin Williams) - paint the basement floor grey and light grey on basement walls - I WAS going to paint all brown doors and trim white because of what I read on BP.

The property is a single family townhouse approx 1400 square feet. 3bedroom 1.5 bathrooms. 2 floors plus a basement.

I did not live "rent free" but the other two rental spaces made the overpriced house work with my budget.

The kitchen cabinets are dark brown (chocolate) and the floor is a light travertine floor.I was inclined towards a lighter granite countertop.Any suggestions for good looking neutral colors?

The splitting of the utilities needs completed from the basement up so it would be best to start on the first floor.
