The good news is that they (Lennar) are in a good spot financially and can let options expire (page 43 of their 10-Q) with little impact if the building environment continues to falter. 

The potential for Airbnb income being in close proximity to 3 local ski mountains, extensive hiking trails right off the property, and it's on a river which is great for fishing and kayaking in the summer.

Decided to pull back because of these variables, but now that interest rates have been raised aggressively I would assume demand has now cooled and that homeowners have a little more negotiating power.I'm sitting on cash at the moment, so the interest rate environment doesn't impact my decision making.
