Would it not have been a nice gesture and much easier if the nails bothered the scumbag so much he (or she) could have saved a lot of time and money if they bent their fat aged butts over and just picked up the nails.I received a complaint with a picture (of course) because there was a tiny single weed about 2 inched long protruding onto the sidewalk.The scumbag president of one HOA lived next door to one of my properties.

I am thinking some concrete, but more like a nice storage space, not the livable area. 

I recently acquired a duplex in Muskegon, MI - need to fully update one side of it, the current bathrooms are not up to code, so the work will require creating an entire new bath of out a storage area, and knocking down a wall between the existing baths.

Primarily Central Florida, existing or development with 16 years experience.I always thought of Self Storage as a way out of 8 to 5; but never thought of a worker or manager at a self storage facility being 8 to 5.

I paid this tenant to shovel snow this past winter and this summer exchanged free storage in return of cutting the grass bi-weekly.
