and its just a home just like you would buy in CA.what you have though are local market issues that many times your not aware of until you buy.for instance.1. you have to be careful with property tax's  many time when you look them up the property is in homeowner deferral and after you buy them the tax's go way up.. and the profroma's were run on current tax's..
