The easiest way to spot a want-to-be wholesaler is when they insist on meeting you at a coffee shop because they don’t have an office.We require our potential buyers to meet us at our office so we can prove to them we’re not one-course-wonders and are in business to establish long-term relationships.

Establish your criteria beforehand. 

We have very little turnover.This niche is not for everyone and it does take some extra attention from time to time, but if you establish clear and honest communication at the start, show respect for others, establish efficient and effective systems, and attend to issues as they arise, you can do well.

However if your new to this go over and talk to the folks establish a raporte' first thing you want to do is help them protect as much equity as possible.. etc.. you don't want to come off like your picking meat off of dead bones...

You can’t truly win in real estate investment (any property type) until you have an established acquisition pipeline.

The line of credit should be less costly to establish and should have a lower interest rate.

Hit up with some of the BP peeps on here and see if you can find a CONUS mentor to work with.Since you seem to be overseas now, perhaps you could pick your city that you will be moving to and establish relationships and research deals there.
