@Dan Green:Dan,When you get your RE License and join a Brokerage, your brokerage along with you local MLS will have educational video's on how to prepare a CMA. 

Make sure to check out Education for all your REI learning.

Haven't used these guys, but Keith Weinhold of Get Rich Education Podcast recommends them... of course I would do due diligence as I haven't worked with these guys or anybody else in Atlanta.

Hello everyone,Recently we had a newborn and I don't know how to approach this situation - I'd like to know everyones thoughts on a child education savings plan. 

the guarranteed income is nice, but a poor credit score due to late payments tells the bank that it doesn't matter how much money she makes, she isn't going to give it to you ( the bank) anyway. if her credit score is bad because of misinformation on her credit report, thats a different story. i can educate her on how to clear that up. we need more of the story here. 

They need to speak to an advisor about their basis in their equities and their loss/gain position.  

I'm considering leaving my company and going independent as a Financial Advisor.
