Have no clue what it entails to sell or price the house, have super crocodile bath breath, have no idea what upgrades are worth, have no clue what items of their house brings value and what items do not, and what items actually reduce value (a crappy pool, a desperately needed to be torn down shed) etc. etc.Although motivated sellers, they are in many aspects worse than a blind targeted lead where you have to argue and debate trying to convince them their house is really not all that!

A single family home has a disproportionately larger expense in this one line item than multi-family because multi-family are usually stacked on top of each other and spread out sharing the foundation.

Looking for insight on whether or not repiping our Chicago three flat from galvanized to copper (PEX isn’t allowed) will add any significant resale value.Repiping is on our less urgent list of necessary maintenance items - but it’s looking more and more like it’ll have to happen within the next five years, so we’re beginning to gather information on how new copper plumbing can impact resale value - if at all.Appreciate any input - thanks!

I find that having Central air in my Wyoming rental is an item that sets me apart from other advertised rentals and i get a bit of a premium on the monthly rent becasue of it.
