While that may be pathetic in your book I will have to regretfully agree to disagree.

Most of our STR investor clients in Colorado have started with some kind of house hacking.But to disagree a bit with the above advice, I would not look at 50 homes.

So, I don't disagree at all with investing for appreciation, I disagree with the approach of investing only for appreciation.
