I have done some initial research and found jobs such as, property analysis and acquisition at major property management companies, site selection departments for corporations and government agencies,  mortgage writer for banks, an appraiser, real estate agent, and working as a sales rep at a brokerage firm.I would welcome any other ideas, and comments on the jobs I listed and how maybe through your experiences, they were helpful (or harmful) to your real estate investing career.

They state this is the law regardless of what the co-op governing documents will say.I'm in the process of obtaining the governing documents to see what they say.

Even putting up properties that you have already SOLD.. is something that is helpful I think.. buyers can see you have some good deals in your inventory..and building your brand up as the go to house person... is another way to build up seller leads... the possibilities are endless.. utilize itAnd if people do decide to google you.. i think that helps add credibility.. for one you're a real person.. and for two.. you actually do the house business...AND it opens the door for so many networking relationships....

The UCC, at least in my state and in the vast majority of states, does not govern the sale and execution of land contracts.

If that doesn't work, all taxes are recorded with the town and have to be made public, so you should be able to find them through a government site online.Good luck!

The very good wholesalers and IMO every one should do this, is to have the money to buy the property as an exit strategy so they never have to back out of a deal and lose their credibility

It's because Real Estate does everything government can't do: it provides good housing and creates jobs, which creates more taxes.
