How many wholesalers do you generally communicate with?

It's emotionally draining to work out a deal based on 2 hours of listening and have the offer declined 3 days later by text.

One of the potential victims called me, got my number from the real ad, and just told me that the story of the email communications and the too good to be true price it was listed at.Is there anything I can do besides flagging the post?

I use WhatsApp to communicate with the point person, and ask what's up with the info I requested, and if we can set up another meeting for next week.
