For Discover, it's part of their SCRA benefits so you need to go to their website and sign up for it (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, the same law that lets you terminate leases early when you PCS etc).

I know many areas of Paradise Valley, just north of Gardiner, which are much more affordable, have amazing views, are closer to civilization, and could possibly fit your needs better (size of home, amenities, etc that an older home in Gardiner won't have).
