Does an Attorney who does hundreds of these transactions such as Scott Horne have all the paperwork ready?

You need to average a few hundred a month for cap/ex.

If/when you ever scale to hundreds of units, then it may be time to bring it back in-house.  

Besides a CPA I've not worked with any other professionals, other than local attorneys who have set up business entities (very little tax/financial professionals/consultants).I hear a lot of successful people talk on the BP podcasts and other podcasts, have read hundreds of blogs and some books.

I can say the access to the hundreds of successful members itself is worth double the price of admission.
