When you have both parties on title, the only way I can think to dispose of the property is either through a partition lawsuit, or to have someone contact the ex in an attempt to sell the property and split any proceeds.

There is an auction on Friday for the 5 lots that the county is attempting to recover past due taxes on for a total of about $42,000 .. seems crazy to attempt to sell these lots to people knowing that the land is unstable and not suitable for anything.

I know that due to my busy schedule, work, and family, I have let time pass and I should have put more effort into this but now it seems like when the payments stopped, the LLC was already selling all holdings and closing bank accounts associated with this LLC to attempt to get funds to repay other investors (so I am not alone).
