Just for a better picture of the project: it is to install new central air (heat 80% for the first floor and 92% for the second floor & AC 2 and 2.5tons) in the both units of a 2-family house, that guy proposed using Rheem units and keeps telling me that the brands like Collman (Coleman?)

Imagine climbing a mountain to get to the top where the views are beautiful and the air is clear and fresh...but you have to go through a ton of mud...difficult rock walls...crossing cold streams...maybe a scrape or two along the way.

Yes.Edit: Hit enter too fast.Bottom line is that you should be able to both get the contractor's license number and verify it against the Georgia Secretary of State website. http://verify.sos.ga.gov/websites/verification/This is true for HVAC (Force Air), plumbing, electrical, and general contractors.

HEYI'm getting out of the air force and moving back to Miami in November....I have been wholesaling in Pensacola for some time and I'm pretty sure the market in Miami is completely different.I'm just wondering if bandit signs and newspaper ads are effective in Miami for finding sellers.......or are yellow letters better?
