I'm interested in learning where one can find out information on how many seller finance deals are done within each region of the country.  

I am actually connected to hundreds of realtors local and regionally on FB and many show interest, send me messages to find out progress, etc...

I've heard that in Toronto at least you can't evict during the winter months.

I just can't get my head around ever purchasing something so useless.As a side note, everything in my general area is expensive due to high property taxes and regional demand (with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and the Lebanon & White River Junction crossroads).
