@Vivek Shah, if your mortgages have been sold to Fannie, they explicitly allow transfer of title to a LLC.

So long story short, I closed a property in dec, 18, 2018 with a closing attorney, and with the closing statement, I have a title insurance binder.

I been trying to get my title insurance policy but I am now being refused by the title company to offer me the policy that I have a binder with.
