Airbnb is very weak in my location.Booking on Homeaway.com sync easily to block out the reserved dates on my AirBnB calendar.Homeaway doesn't block me from communicating with potential renters.

But I don't think that's anything you don't already know @Rich Weese Real estate markets going crazy is usually a good indicator of something about to happen, but I wouldn't say real estate causes the recession; rather the pre-recession creates artificial upward pressure on real estate. 

The tenant themselves is great - pays on time, responsible, communicative, etc.

@Nick Romano, the communication you had was from the seller's attorney, so presumably the term Temporary Restraining Order was used correctly.

@Rich Weese are you referring to the marketplace?

The whole idea here is not to offend the seller to keep the lines of communication open.
