@Jake Islas I Agree with you on the expense of the water(the property I'm looking at the water cost is $72 per month and a $46 trash/refuse quarterly), I will consider eliminating the water bill in an upcoming rental and see how it goes.

not to mention when I owned real estate brokerages  agents needing advances on commisisons.. and or needing to borrow money from me to pay their tax's because for the first time in the life they had to pay quarterly and had never had a job were tax's were not taken out.

I dare you to outright say, "Christine O'Donnell is not eligible to be a candidate for Senate because when she was a teenager in High School, she got curious about and dabbled in witchcraft and the dabbling of a teenager in high school into non mainstream religions beliefs should disqualify them as a Senatorial candidate a quarter of a century later in their life."

Your tile guy will charge you for laying tile you'll never see plus cost of materials too.If the edge of the tile is an quarter inch higher than the base of the cabinet, it's easier to seal the edge and caulk under the leading edge of the cabinet.
