I was well familiar with this community, as my mother-in-law purchased a foreclosed unit here several years earlier.

I recently just bought a home from my Mother; which she owned it as a rental property.

When my mother's house was involved in a fire we had to test the block/cement part of the foundation to determine if it could be reused or if it had lost too much of its strength. 

My elderly tenant passed away in January.Her adult daughter continued to pay the rent till September on her deceased mother’s behalf to continue to have access to the house and her mom’s belongings.

My mother in law has some cash she is willing to put down the cash to get us in and close a deal.

From what I understand the property manager told me that her mother and other family members were in her apartment the day after this happened.

My mother and I bought a 4/2 for 15K only to find out later that all the wires and cooper pipes had been stolen!

Those have not resulted in any tenants, but I got a handful of responses the last time I posted there.Our rentals are between about 2 months and 6 months long, so we've had visiting professors, traveling nurses and students doing internships.
