Long story short, I have a single family home (with substantial amount of equity), I have added value to it (without appraisal), and have years of cash savings.I've done my research for the past year, read countless books, listened to hundreds of podcasts, anything and everything you could imagine.  

Can you imagine if a guy that like tried to be a landlord?   

Can you imagine the massive impact on the housing market that would occur in the (unlikely impossible) scenario where this got enacted?

I don’t necessarily need to get to the point of being a GP as I imagine that’s an entirely different animal, I just want to maximize the power of OPM to grow my portfolio and management, and recognize high returns for my clients.

I can't imagine hardwood floors would be any warmer, but it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong...just ask my girlfriend!

I would imagine there are certain federal positions at a VA hospital for instance.

Your returns without leverage will be pretty low I would imagine.

I can't imagine 6 grand as a fee.

Longer term, I can also imagine integrating some custom workflows for cleaning staff to inventory or reorder supplies behind a purchasing passcode, work through contactless audio versions of cleaning checklists they don't have to look at their phone/list to work through, or just allowing for guests to quickly look up info, recipes, local recommendations, etc when trying to figure out what to cook or where where to eat around dinner time. 

@Jesse Daconta I would imagine in most cases if an investor has an interest in your deal they would be reaching out to you right away.
