At any given time when families search my area, if mine is available It’s one of a few to pick from.

I've been using a combination of google contacts, excel and an app called CamCard to scan business cards. 

I am also unsure of a search function, I could have swore there used to be a forum search bar?

You can find local clubs by searching REIA or Meetup.

Or at least cutting it down till the prinicpal portion of the payment is substantially larger than the interest portion.This is a topic often discussed on BP - search for "Velocity banking" or "pay early" to see more opinions.
