You can report vandalism, vacant properties, drug dealing, potholes, broken streetlights, derelict vehicles, nuisance properties, loose animals, overflow of trash, etc.

What if your tenant starts dealing drugs? 

The drug dealers may not be smart but when it comes to the law, what you can or can't do, they are geniuses.

People who have this addiction are more likely to gravitate toward other addictive substances too, like drugs and alcohol.

I found out from the condo association office that the police has been out to the unit a few times on drug usage and charges have been filed.

People who drink irresponsibly or do drugs usually have problems with fiances, credit, employment, and rental history.

If they have prior felony or misdemenor convictions in a list of areas (sex offenses, drug-related charges, dishonesty / fraud, violence, child or elder abuse) they are not qualified.  

Think prostitution, drug dealing, or any other activity where they don't report their income to the authorities.
