To get to the house I had to drive through the "bad" parts of town and every day I would watch these good for nothing bums sit on their front porch drinking beer and do nothing.

I try to make an appearance at my building ( a 10 unit mixed use) at least 1 a week.

Plan on stopping by and having a great time with good people over some drinks in a cool location.

Basically the bloke (Tim) now only works 4 hours a week on or in his business which sells some brain food drink online.

Franklin If the house mortgage is equal to or less than you would pay in rent, it could be a deal, esp if you can ad a room mate to your mix or rent out that garage for extra savings for that down payment.

I plan to mix business with pleasure to pay for my trip and of course, my time.

One of the groups i was involved in their was a exotic car club, in Plano TX, 15 of the top wealthiest people in Dallas drink coffee, Saturday mornings - at X location...Start by finding out where people you want to meet, hang out. then find a way to join that group.
