*on the MLS*There were a few other little tips/tricks/insight we use for ourselves and our clients on stuff like this and I feel like i could write another 1,000 characters on the "perspective" of just this one deal...but i'm aware we've crossed the threshold of "too long".Most of my deals are traditional, light sweat equity buy and holds.

So if you accept forbearance money from the state, your only option is to get your personal financed in order and clean up the debt using your work income and the income from the properties.Yes I am aware of that 😩.

Despite this I still own all my properties in an LLCTo answer your question there is no tax advantage I am aware of by owning in an LLC.
