Also, if the tenant is still on the hook for the lease until it is rented again, are they required to continue providing/paying for basic utilities and lawn maintenance or is this what the "re-rent levy" is for?

Furthermore I forgot to mention other expenses such as double the amount of LLC renewal fees per year, double the amount of License renewal fees, lawn moving services, snow removal, flooring, where does this list end?

This is on Munger in Dallas, TX (lower greenville area)Here are the numbers:Paid: $242,000 (put down: $60,000)Owed: $180,000 Monthly PITI: $1900Property Manager: $240 (10%)Rent Total: $2400Avg maintenance monthly (lawn care, handy man, etc - I'm out of state): $200As you can see I'm super tight on cashflow, usually under $100/mo.

Those you have to be careful with too as they have a knack for creating 'artificial demand' in the form of auto bidding and not necessarily making it super clear that you are sometimes bidding against your self.
