I wouldn't want to hurt my chances of renting out a house to people who like to drive by before inquiring, just to help people who are gullible and ignore the warnings on craigslist.I think one small sign by the front door might be helpful.When I was preparing to rent out my house in California and still lived there, several people came by and inquired about a deal on craigslist that seemed too good to be true.

If we were all a little more diligent with these tasks we would be better as a whole as we would be warned in the background check, people usually don't do this just once.

I have no idea if it's true or not, but I've heard Black Book Data recycles loan mod lists, so it's likely that you're going to get a lot of names of people who are going through loan mods; these may not be your idea targets for what you're trying to accomplish (or maybe it is).Again, I don't know if that's true, but that was a warning someone gave me when I was asking around about 30/60/90 data...

One must be  very careful just like the warning posts at the top describe.. if you want newbies to get suckered into deals by scammers and newbies its for sure the go to place for that activity.Mortgage lending is competitive as we know and I see that has a place on the market place just takes the good one's to stand out..

A word of warning,  tread carefully as off market transactions can be very tricky !
