The only problem it is still the beginning of the year and the new laws have not been really tested in CA as gar as number of applications and speed of approval.

I actually just got approved an 1149 square ft product.  749 ADU and 400 square ft. additional living quarters (for the main house). 

So the other 4 bus would be rented/sold.Some ideas given to me:1. was to rent them out during major events (ie Stampede) by parking them on people's parking lots (obtain their approval and pay them for the space) 2. airbnb, team up with people with country lots and rent space from them Thanks in advance.
