Is there another role inside the company or at another company where your skills are valued but you can have more flexibility of schedule?

I've been in talks with a mom-and-pop property management company for handling my rental property, and I wanted to get your take on their terms.

I didn’t have to pay it but the water company makes me keep the water bill in my name now. 

I'm in real estate and property management for local companies in the DMV, this is pretty unacceptable.

What company would you suggest?

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.
