I'm doing fine and see opportunities to grow my portfolio, but the housing affordability crisis has been bothering me lately and has got me questioning if scaling is a morally acceptable thing to do in this climate.For the longest time, owning a home was the only way for blue collar workers to achieve the American Dream. 

My question is would having an American own 50% of the LLC make any difference?

If you find a deal, the money doesn’t usually follow if you have a small or no track record and few personal relationships. 90 percent of American millionaires are worth less then 5M.

However some look to be high crime areas.I've also seen that the REITS Invitation Homes and American Homes 4 Rent are active in some areas which is reassuring.
