Like the one whose dog was ripping apart my house and during the lease she refused to constrain her “beast”

I have never had to do a full gut on a home yet, mainly just flooring, paint, appliances, and interior work.

We do have an annuity, social, 401k distributions, pensions,   Consider those when you decide how much to invest in Fixed income.  

I’m just seeking for some input from the community and this is my only rental even though I do dream of becoming a real estate investor by acquiring rentals.
