Getting a lot of guest cards doesn't necessarily mean you priced it to low. 

Are you able to get cashflow or are you breaking even but winning on the appreciation side?

If it's a win-win situation, why not?

It unclear if you purchased the first property though an LLC, but if you did, you'll want to keep the deed, loan, bank account, and credit card all under the LLC.
