If anyone has read any books that they like on the topic of going through a house, and the methods to look for what needs to be repaired, and especially how to inspect things like foundation and other deal killers, I sure would appreciate a recommendation.

While we don't have the volume you do (we only research about 100 foreclosures a month), the method we use in Alabama is almost identical.We do the title research on approximately 100 foreclosures per month.
