Resellers can be a good source of notes once you're investing for your OWN account-- as long as you're dealing with someone reputable who may be able to get you double-digit returns for some nice passive income.)Anyway, as you refer the notes you find, you watch what the investor does, observe what they'll accept or not accept, and for the notes they accept, you earn a certain amount without putting up any of your own money.

I've looked at multifamilies in these smaller markets and the buildings can all look the same from the outside and walkthrough, but depending on how they were managed have completely different reputations around town and tenant profiles.

While there are some pockets of areas with cute home on cute streets, the area as a whole still has a bad reputation, which means we aren't getting an expanding tenant pool to choose from.

Focusing on the "Important but not emergency" things to build the business - things like expanding web presence, building out an investor platform, developing systems to increase efficiency and workload capability, etc.When I'm in the office, it's pretty intense.

My personal opinion is to contact a reputable eviction attorney to strategize the most likely effective method of eviction before you try to DIY any moves.  

There are a ton of resources out there on the Web to get ideas. 

Picking up the phone and talking to people is going to give you the best information, not some web app that has 100 different inputs and Variables.

There are a bunch of biased bloggers and people online driving traffic to his web site, and I assume that they are all earning commissions doing that.
