The new site is much nicer and more eye appealing.

Typically they are very appealing to those in California or other areas where the entry point is a lot higher.

We love homes that appeal to first time home buyers and folks looking to downsize! 

I can see the appeal that is for sure, the turnover process would probably be much faster. 

Collecting passive income based on a financial instrument is much more appealing to me... stay tuned....

I know that the agent's marketing stradegy would play a big role in deciding on an agent they would like, but what specifically within the marketing strategy appeals to investors?
