I also learned about how to account for carrying costs better…I did not originally have utilities accounted for and they added up over 6 months…also mortgage payments while your buyers offer is processing.

I was wondering how anyone has gone about separating water utility for tenants and billing it back to them? 

That city's municipal code states a city inspector must come out and inspect the property any time utilities change names.
