What are ways I can learn and experience being a real estate agent at 16 years old?

. - Experience with growing and scaling a business (Started and grew my high-end tile business.)- Licensed Builder (wanting to build my own MF units)  - Skilled laborer. 

If you don't have previous rehab experience, I  would recommend not going through a wholesaler or using hard money for your first deal.

Our experience is with LTRs so we are a little hesitant to do a STR given the uncertainty of the monthly revenue.  

To avoid going through the same poor experience, keep reading.Even if someone gives you a referral here, do NOT make the mistake of assuming that the PMC will meet your expectations, just because they met the expectations of the referral source.In our experience, the #1 mistake owners make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.It's often a case of not doing enough research, as they don't know what they don't know!

First you have to keep in mind the large proportion of people making replies who have 0 properties, 0 experience, and are just regurgitating something they read or heard, but failing to mention any of that.
